A little bit about us
Cucina Moderna idea came to Simone, one of the founders, in late 2019.
After more than a year of study and development Cucina Moderna was born in early January 2021.
The concept behind this project is mixing Italian passion, love and tradition for food with the ease and availability of Australian hand-made product.
We aim to create the best frozen-ready pizza dough, so you can taste Italy Down Under.
In August 2022 we expend our company acquiring a very well established pasta company called The Pasta Company.
The aim of expansion was integrate the best frozen-ready pizza dough that Cucina Moderna was already doing with the best Italian fresh pasta in Brisbane .
Now we expend our operation and we offer a taste range of Italian products fresh and frozen, without losing focus on delivering exceptional flavour.
Quality is the centre of everything we do, we use only the best Italian flours, Italian recipes, and Italian love, and mix it with the best Australian ingredients to create authentic Italian pizza, pasta, ravioli, gnocchi , lasagne and sauces.
